Just outside of Park City proper, part of this area surrounds the Park City Golf Course, which is converted into cross country ski trails during the winter.

This well-established, quiet neighborhood contains many private single-family homes surrounded by trees, and offers easy access to Historic Main Street and the ski resorts by way of a short walk or the public bus.
