I'm writing this review from my dream home thanks to Marci. In June I came to her wanting to finally take the jump, sell my starter home, and buy something bigger/better for my next chapter of life. When buying my first home I had a lackluster realtor and didn't see the value in having one, but after working with Marci my perception has completely changed. It was incredibly valuable to have someone on my team that I could trust and know had my best interest in mind. We went through it all: tight deadlines, tricky sellers, trying to time the market right, the list goes on. We pulled it off and by the beginning of August I was in my new home with my first sold. Most of the prep and open houses and showings happened while I was hundreds of miles away and Marci coordinated contractors, stagers, photographers, and put a lot of her own blood, sweat, and tears into getting the house showable.
