Without his knowledge and expertise I would not have gotten my offer accepted. He knows the area and knows exactly what needs to be done to get into the home you want. Brendon is incredible and is absolutely one of the kindest, most positive people that I have ever met. He made me feel so comfortable and so supported during the process of finding and buying our first home. With Brendon's knowledge and support, the first offer we ever put in was accepted! We closed and moved in within 4 weeks of getting pre-approved. Which is pretty unreal! We stayed within our budget, and are now living in our dream home. Brendon was also very easy to contact, super responsive, and was very much an advocate of our needs throughout the entire process. I feel like I made a friend in working with Brendon and wish I was buying houses all of the time just so we could work with him more! If you are looking for a realtor in Salt Lake or Park City, look no further!! Brendon is the best of the best. He provides great insight, is so patient and takes the time to explain everything, has excellent relationship management/negotiation skills, and is never pushy about finding a place sooner than your comfortable. I cannot recommend him enough.

Brendon is amazing!! He is extremely knowledgeable about the Utah housing market and helped us acquire exactly what we wanted. He is super easy to communicate with, well-connected in Utah, timely, and made sure we had the all the information needed to put in a competitive offer. He even connected us with a fantastic local lender who was able to get us to closing in 2 weeks, and a local contractor who we are going to work with for renovations.
